Thank you. My husband and I both have chronic lung problems. Since having covid 2 years ago we have had so many antibiotics. Every bug goes straight to our chests. This video is the best explanation we have had. We both have "flutters" and saline nebulisers and inhalers. We are sick at the moment and struggling to clear the gunk. We will try the techniques you shared. Thank you. 😊

You're missing a presentation. Psychological conditions are not red herrings for food allergies. They're red herrings for physicians having poor physiological understanding. I have IgE seeming reactions with elevated serum PGD2 and sometimes mildly elevated tryptase rapidly after ingesting offending foods. Only thing is that I do not have IgE antibodies to these foods. The presentations are anaphylactic in nature excluding external swelling. There is voice hoarseness, tachycardia, shortness of breath, severe POTS-like symptoms, diarhhea, nausea, vomiting all immediately after ingesting the offending foods. But there's no IgE antibodies present to anything except for outdoor molds, cow's milk, and beef. Many incompetent providers are quick to assume it is a somatoform disorder but this is so blatantly insane. It is like calling women witches in the 1800s because they didn't understand what PMS was. It is incomplete understanding of biology. It is a predictable syndrome that has gotten worse overtime, with almost all foods causing some sort of reaction like this at this point. I have to keep switching foods to ones that don't give me severe enough symptoms to go to the emergency room but i have to rapidly switch back n forth. They did a bunch of MCAS testing which ended up being almost entirely negative. Seems like they're missing something important!

Hello , Regarding VC parameters My spirometry machine does not calculate the TLC and RV and does not tell the preducted value for age height ,sex for them.instead , It measures VC , IRV ,ERV, TV , IVC, EVC with predicted values. So, how to measure manually TLC and RR and get predicted values? is it possible? If not , are the measured values equal to TLC and RV in evaluating wheter the disease is obstructive or restrictive?

I like the idea of the belt, will try it. When I get abit breathless, or just can't 'suck-up' that one deep breath, I lower my waistband, regardless what I have on. By a few inches below it's normal position, this seems to allow me to breath deep. My waistband was/is not tight, but I'm pushing against it to try for the breath, this helps me.

Thank you for this detailed video. I was struck with reactive airway disease a little over 3 years ago and was on medication until a year ago. The chronic stage had lasted for about 6 months. Now I'm absolutely fine, off the med and very rarely if at all do I feel slight discomfort. But now with COVID-19, I'm feeling slightly worried about this being a comorbidity... I've been doing hot water gargle with salt every day plus steam inhalation, just to keep the upper and lower respiratory system clear of mucous, especially since I also have allergic sinusitis. I'm doing deep breathing exercises too. I've realized that besides reacting to smoke and chemicals, I do tend to react with breathing difficulty to stress as well.

Jude Colligan is nice lady to listen to. Those suction tubes used in hospitals often cause lungs to bleed. They can be dangerous. What needs to be looked at is why is the patient congested? People with stroke may not be able to clear their throat. Many things can cause congestion. being fed to fast is a common cause. For example, pear puree going into the lungs etc. People with dysphagia often experience congestion. puree is not always best. Soft options or juicing maybe worth considering but, artificial foods are poison such as Ensure products. Fortisip brands ( fortisip fruit dessert) are better but, they too can clog up the patient. Cause constipation and so on. Raw egg yolk can help with swallowing problems. But it is extremely hard to teach person that has had stroke to cough. Therefore a healthy natural diet is important. Oxygen apparatus is also important when hospitals can get them to work properly, making sure the tube is not to short etc. A treatment overlooked these days is Agrimony. I make extracts from the herbs. It was much used in ancient Egypt. But, very unlikely you would get it from modern day pharmacy. But herbalists might stock it. It would also benefit patients with Covid-19 a condition you may have heard of that prevents the patient from breathing normally that can result in being starved of oxygen. But, you will find no mention of it anywhere else on the internet as a treatment for these severe health conditions or on You Tube. But if you type Agrimony into Google you may learn about it. It is also mentioned by Maria Treben in her famous book; "Health through God's Pharmacy." Certainly Agrimony would be best treatment for covid-19 that has flu like symptoms. There is also talk presently about danger of G5 mobile frequency but that is another matter. said to cause respiratory problems in the patient. Lots about it on You Tube.

It’s not hygienic the way the instructor handles these instruments then gives to the woman to put in her mouth, then takes them back I hope she doesn’t use them at her next talk session, very dangerous way of passing diseases on. As a health care professional dealing with breathing she should know better. My doctors surgery used to use the same asthma testing pump on everyone, only realised this, after on day being handed a pump with lipstick on it, I went bananas as soon as I saw it, my doctor shocked, I showed ty lipstick to him he couldn’t apologise enough, it not on saving a few pennies buy putting patients life’s at risk of AIDS TB HEPATITIS HERPES etc, obviously I wanted tests straight away as I had been using the pump on previous occasions. Happy to say al was clear, and a sign put up in the doctors rooms, and verbally old all doctors not to share any equipment whatsoever, it should of been standard practice, now we get disposable caps on the testing pumps. Praise the universe.
